ENGINEER FOR AN HOUR Receive general instruction on general locomotive operation, get hands on experience with the brakes and throttle, and operate former US Army diesel locomotive 1231. Throttle time Make a dream come true by operating famous Nickel Plate steam locomotive 765 on our industrial trackage. Receive general instruction on locomotive operation, run the 765 on our industrial trackage during 2 roundtrips, and ride in the cab as others have their turn! Participants receive a special 765 hat and a photograph of their experience. Throttle Time is a special event and reservations cannot be made before a session is announced. Must be 18 years or older.
