Beginning today, official Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube accounts have gone online in an effort to better share our efforts to preserve and make railroad history.

In addition to rolling out a new domain name: www.fortwaynerailroad.org, these networking tools allow the Society to reach a greater number of supporters, update and engage our membership on a continual basis, and showcase the operation and preservation of steam locomotive no. 765 and a number of the Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society’s other heritage projects. New videos, photos, and updates will start to find their way online as our fundraising effort for the 765’s new roller bearings continues.

Changes to this website and a Flickr account are among the other tools we’ll begin utilizing in the coming year.
